Step away form the “New Year, New You” pressure and join us for an evening dedicated to sustainable wellness. We’re moving past the January hype to focus on how we actually maintain our momentum through 2026!
The events kicks off with a 45-minute Pilates session led by Becca from FORGE Pilates, designed to centre your body and mind. Following the movement, join Morgan an Chloe for two intimate, expert led talks. They’ll be diving deep into how to set meaningful 2026 goals, navigate the binge-restrict cycle, build a life of true balance, myth bust, and discuss how to actually fuel your body!
We’ll wrap up with chef-prepared food, sweet treats, curated goodie bags and a chance to connect with a community of women who value long-term health over quick fixes, because it’s not just January that matters - it’s how you show up for yourself all year long.
