Hours: ~30 hours per week (daytime)

We’re building something exciting and are now looking for a creative, reliable chef to join our kitchen team as we grow.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a café-style kitchen with the chance to put your own stamp on our menu. You’ll work closely with our Head Chef to deliver consistent, high-quality brunch and lunch dishes while also developing new specials and ideas as we continue to establish ourselves.
Key Details:
~30 hours per week, daytime shifts
Must be available to work Sunday–Wednesday (with flexibility for extra shifts)
Reporting directly to our Head Chef
Opportunities to grow into more hours as we expand
Scope to contribute to seasonal menus and service developments
Responsibilities:
Cooking and prepping brunch/lunch dishes to spec and standard
Following prep sheets and maintaining consistency
Creating and contributing to specials and menu development
Upholding excellent food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
Supporting smooth service with clear communication and teamwork
Managing stock and minimising wastage
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
Has a minimum of 1 year’s experience working in a kitchen (café/brunch experience is a plus)
Has a genuine passion for service and enjoys developing dishes
Is creative but also reliable and consistent in delivery
Can thrive in a small, fast-paced team environment
Takes pride in quality, presentation, and efficiency
